Looking for the best things to do in Connecticut this Presidents Day weekend 2025? Here are some family-friendly events and activities to add to your schedule.

It's another long weekend for Connecticut kids, put on your coats and attend Wintertide at Mystic Seaport Museum a fun, annual event where you can see live "reindeer," ice sculpting, and even play in the snowman bouncy house. Grab a seat for Nappy's Puppets Presents "Jack and the Beanstalk" at the Ballard Institute in Storrs or take advantage of (FREE) Community Day at New Britain Museum of American Art. There's also plenty to do for kids on Monday including Vacation Day Camp at Earthplace and Stuff-a-Donut at Lyman Orchards (yum!).
