Easy Kids Craft: Sock Snowmen
Where do all those missing socks go? Instead of getting frustrated, turn those unpaired socks into snowmen in just three easy steps. This no-sew craft recycles unmatched socks into adorable snowmen. Add a couple buttons, a pipe-cleaner nose, and those mismatched socks will be transformed into this friendly little Frosty. Next time you are asked, "do you want to build a snowman?" you can smile, sort through the laundry, and say, "yes!"

Materials:
- White Tube Sock (ankle socks will not work)
- Unmatched Socks
- Dry Rice or Beans
- Yarn
- Buttons
- Orange Pipe-Cleaner
- Buttons
- Hot Glue
Instructions:
1) Fill your tube sock with rice and secure the end with a knot.
2) Create a snowman head and body by wrapping a piece of yarn tightly around the middle of the sock and secure with a knot.
3) Use your mismatched socks to dress Frosty up. We created the scarf by cutting off the ankle band of a sock. The hat was the sock's toe. Use a glue gun to accessorize your snowman with buttons or mini pom-poms for buttons and a nose, or use a bit of orange pipe cleaner.
