When your kids are young, the not-so-scary Halloween activities and events are a better fit during the scary season. But it can be hard to find them, so we pulled them all together for you! So many places offer events for Connecticut toddlers and preschoolers that are big on fun, but low in fright. Get all the little princesses, ninjas, and superheroes into their costumes, and make plans for your little pumpkins.
