Babies and toddlers can learn sign language while singing their favorite songs and learning new ones. Music and sign language both aid in the development of language and literacy for babies and toddlers who are hearing and Deaf, with and without special needs.

Program located in The Cove on the Second Floor Children's Room at the Riverfront Branch.
