Looking for the best things to do in Dallas-Fort Worth this Memorial Day weekend? Here are some family-friendly events and activities to add to your list.

If you're looking for things to do in Dallas, Fort Worth, or the rest of the metroplex, this weekend is filled with last chances and new beginnings. Universe of Light, a new DC comic exhibit, opens at the Gaylord Texan, while the Dallas Children's Theater will perform James and the Giant Peach for the last time, and the Scarborough Renaissance Festival will end its 2025 run on Monday, May 26. 

Speaking of Monday, it's Memorial Day! Celebrate with a free concert by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra at Flag Pole Hill Park, or hit the surf and slides at Epic Waters' Summer Bash. Enjoy the long weekend, ya'll!
