Anyone can light a tree, but it takes rocket scientists to light a space capsule!  Columbia Memorial Space Center illuminates its Apollo capsule, its unique tradition to ring in the holiday season.

In addition, tuba players unite for TubaChristmas,  bringing the magic of the season with classic holiday tunes.

The TubaChristmas concert begins at 4:30pm, followed by the lighting of the capsule. 

The evening also includes hands-on activities where science meets the holidays! 

The ceremony is free to attend, no reservations needed.
