Looking for the best things to do in Houston this MLK weekend? Here are some family-friendly events and activities to add to your list for this weekend.

MLK Weekend is a meaningful time for Houston families, with the Children’s Museum of Houston hosting a special Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration featuring engaging, kid-friendly activities. And the city will make history with a unified MLK Unity Parade, bringing all past parades together into one major downtown event.

For some fun mixed in, check out MATCH Family Fun Day, a free family-friendly event with face painting, balloon art, bounce houses, stilt walkers, chalk art, and live performances from Main Street Theater for Youth, Prelude Music, and Open Dance Project.
