Top Outdoor Adventure Parks near Boston 2025

1. Boundless Adventures - Berlin

Berlin's Boundless Adventures has nine aerial courses for adults and kids from age 7 & up. Different elements, like bridges, ladders, and zip-lines, challenge participants on these airborne obstacles. There are four different skill levels available, with easier courses for younger kids, and expert courses for the daring. Be sure to check with the website regarding appropriate clothing and other requirements. Reservations are essential. 

2. TreeTop Adventures - Canton

With ropes courses and ziplines just a half hour from Boston, TreeTops Adventures in Canton provides plenty of thrills close to home. Climbers must be 7 and weigh a minimum of 35 pounds. Check the website for rules and to secure your reservations.

3. The Adventure Park at Heritage Museums - Sandwich

Located in Sandwich's Heritage Museum and Garden's, the Adventure Park at HMG features about 80 tree-top platforms connected by ladders, zip-lines, and more. Kids 7 & up are welcome to try their hand at one of the five courses.

4. Ramblewild Aerial Adventure Park - Lanesborough

Visitors to Ramblewild Aerial Adventure Park can try one of 8 different courses (categorized by four different levels of difficulty) and explore the aerial tree trails for up to 4 hours. Kids must be at least 7 years old and 55 inches tall to participate.

5. Zoar Outdoor Adventure Resort - Charlemont

All year long, visitors to Zoar Outdoor in Charlemont can take the 3-hour-long zip line canopy tour that Yankee Magazine named “Best Place to Soar." With 11 zip lines, two sky bridges and three rappels, the zip line gives riders a spectacular view of the Deerfield River Valley. Zoar also offers whitewater rafting and kayaking tours.

6. Daytona Fun Park - Laconia, NH

Perfect to include on a visit to Lake Winnipesaukee, Daytona Fun Park has a high ropes course. Perfect for both beginners and experts, it's New Hampsire's only safety inspected and certified ropes course. In addition to go-karts and bumper boats, Daytona Fun Park also has family fun like batting cages and mini golf.

7. Take Flight - Kittery, ME

Take Flight Aerial Adventure Course in Kittery features course with over 65 elements, such as swinging platforms and cat walks. Take Flight also features 3 zip lines at the Adventure Zip Line Tours. Guests must weigh at least 50 lbs and be at least 48 inches tall. Take Flight also has axe-throwing for visitors age 12 and up.

8. IT at Beantown Adventure Ropes Course - Reading

Jordan's Furniture in Reading boasts the IT Adventure Ropes Course (for bigger kids) and the BeanSprout ropes course (for kids under 48 inches). Maybe the best part is the Richardson's Ice Cream stand that shares the space with the adventure course.

9. Fun City Adventure Park - Taunton, Seekonk & Springfield

Fun City Adventure Park's attractions include ropes courses, ninja warrior courses, and climbing walls. Fun City also has trampolines, battle beams, bumper ball, and arcade games. Attractions vary by location, so consult the individual website before visiting.

10. Urban Air Adventure Park - Brockton & Bellingham

With two locations in greater Boston, Urban Air provides plenty of indoor adventure for families. Indoor ziplines, climbing walls, warrior courses and the "Leap of Faith" are just a few of the indoor adventure park attractions at Urban Air. Attractions can vary by location.

11. Supercharged Entertainment - Wrentham

Wrentham's Supercharged Entertainment has some of the best indoor go-karting in greater Boston. Other activities include bionic bumper cars, axe throwing, and the Ninja Wipeout Arena.
