Earth Day Celebration at Cross County Center

Sat Apr 12, 2025
11:00am to 1:00pm ET
Age: all ages
Price: Free
Cross County Center invites families to a special Earth Day celebration on the Green Lawn, near Pandora, at an event that will feature strolling Earth Day-themed characters, a DJ, and the resident bee mascot!
There will also be a special interactive Earth Day seed-ball-making activity for kids hosted by the Westchester Parks Foundation.
Children of all ages will learn the importance of planting native species and how they impact local wildlife right here in Yonkers. Participants can make a seed ball to take home, and if they like, they can make one to donate to the Westchester Parks Foundation for volunteers to plant at one of their 2025 projects.
Free, no registration required.
