Need some joy and inspiration this summer? Tickets are now on sale for Bubble Planet: An Immersive Experience, set to open at Washington, DC's Rhode Island Center on June 26, 2025. In this multisensory experience, guests of all ages can travel through fantastical, interactive landscapes and explore imaginary metaverses filled with optical illusions and fun photo ops.

What to Expect at Bubble Planet: An Immersive Experience

At Bubble Planet: An Immersive Experience, visitors journey through 10 interactive, otherworldly rooms. These include a huge bubble-bath ball pit, an undersea LED room, a virtual-reality room, an endless infinity experience, and a vast ocean of pink balloons. Dazzling colors, lasers, moving lights, and bubbles integrate with 360-degree projection technology and virtual reality to create a magical experience.

What to Know About Bubble Planet: An Immersive Experience

Length of the Experience

Plan to spend about one hour to 90 minutes at Bubble Planet: An Immersive Experience.

Best Ages

Children of all ages can enjoy Bubble Planet: An Immersive Experience. However, strollers must be parked at the entrance, so little ones need to be able to walk or be carried. Kids ages 8 and up can participate in the virtual-reality on their own. Note that there are strobe lights in the experience.

Ticket Information

Timed tickets are already available on Fever's marketplace! They start around $20 for adults and $15 for kids. Children 2 and under are free! There is a box office on site, but buying tickets ahead of time is highly recommended to ensure availability.

If your family wants to enjoy the virtual-reality experience, you'll need to purchase VIP tickets. VIP tickets also include a poster of the bubbleverse and skip-the-line entry.

What to Wear

Wear anything comfortable and photo-worthy! However, it's best to avoid dresses or skirts, as some rooms have mirrored floors.

More to Know

Food and drinks (plus merchandise) are available for purchase at the end of the experience. There are bathrooms on site—just ask a worker for directions.
