Visiting one of our favorite escape rooms in Houston is great way for your family to brush up on your detective skills and bring out your inner Sherlock Holmes! In this thrilling indoor activity, guests are "locked in" a themed room full of clues and codes and have one hour to solve the room's mystery and find a way out. Or else.

With varying levels of difficulty, this activity is typically geared towards families with kids that are at least 10 years old; however, a few options have rooms or modes specifically for younger children, while others are for teens and adults only. Does your family have what it takes to make a great escape?

If you're looking for inside activities that cater to a younger bunch, check out our Indoor Fun Guide for Houston Kids. Our Outdoor Activities Guide offers up the best ways to get some fresh air in the Bayou City with options the whole family can enjoy, from exploring nearby state parks to the best playgrounds for toddlers.
