Beach season might be a little way off, but there are waves of green to be seen down on the Cape. Yarmouth hosts the annual Cape Cod St. Patrick's Parade. This year's Grand Marshall is long time parade supporter and former State Representative Tim Whelan.

The parade runs 1.9 miles along Main Street (Route 28) in the Mid-Cape. It begins by Skull Island Adventure Golf near the intersection of Rte. 28 and Long Pond Road, marching westward toward Hyannis. Ample parking can be found along the parade route to admire the 25 floats and 17 pipe-and-drum bands featured in the 18th year of this family-friendly celebration of all things Irish.
