Families can paddle around the Penn's Landing basin in a kayak, rowboat, swan, or dragon this season.

Participants launch from the spot near Spruce Street Harbor Park and the Hilton Penn's Landing.

  • Fridays: 1 – 6 PM
  • Saturdays: 1 – 6 PM
