The CMSP Upper Division will be accepting virtual auditions up to September 1, 2025. There is no fee to audition, registration is required. Please visit https://boyer.temple.edu/musicprep/CMSP to view season information and find the application link.

The CMSP Upper Division seeks to support school music programs by providing individual instrumental instruction and other activities for students and families living in Philadelphia with limited financial means.

In addition to individual lessons and music theory classes, students can participate in large performing ensemble experience in strings, winds and jazz. Piano, guitar and voice instruction are not offered.

The Community Music Scholars Program meets on Saturday mornings, September through May at Presser Hall at Temple University Main Campus.
