Click on any of these links and use the discount codes to buy the stuff you need anyway, and Mommy Poppins gets a small percentage of the sale. It doesn't cost you anything extra and helps us keep going. Consider buying your diapers through Amazon, Drugstore.com or Diapers.com through one of these links and we'll be your best friends. I'd also like to give a shout out to our advertisers from this month, some great local businesses that provide terrific services for NYC kids. NYC Kids Club announced their new Brooklyn Heights location and this Friday are hosting a fun Summer Camp Meeting. Kids Empowerment Academy is advertising their Summer Program. American Youth Dance Theater is offering Mommy and Me Classes, dance classes and summer programs. We also had Downtown United Soccer which has a great soccer program from Pier 40 in the Village all year and has weekly soccer camps in the summer. And our Community Spotlight ad is Baby Fingers, a New York City mom-owned business that teaches baby sign language in fun interactive classes. Click on our sponsor ads and when you use a sponsor's business, tell them you heard about them on Mommy Poppins. Ad revenues will help this site grow so we can bring you more content, more services and more fun stuff to do with your kids in NYC. Thanks for reading and supporting Mommy Poppins!

Anna Fader

Founder of Mommy Poppins

A fourth-generation Brooklynite, Anna started Mommy Poppins in 2007 to help families find the best things to do with kids in NYC, with a particular emphasis on sharing activities that are free, affordable, and enriching. The site, used by millions of families, has grown to become the ultimate resource for parents in the major US cities, plus travel guides for 100s of destinations.

Anna is a believer in the magic of summer camps, traveling with kids, and that you can raise kids on a budget and still have a rich life full of amazing memories. Anna's first Mommy Poppins book, The Young Traveler's Journal and Activity Book, published in 2025 and co-written with her daughter, Amelia Eigerman, brings that ethos to life, in addition to this website.
