Giveaway-a-Thon Day 4: Ayumi Horie Pottery for Kids
Did you ever think that some day you would be serving lunch to your kids off Sponge Bob plastic plates? I never did. Wouldn't it be dreamy to have beautiful, but functional real ceramic tableware that you loved as much as your kids did?

In this age of everything being mass produced, it is incredibly special to find beautiful, hand-crafted and functional onjects for children. Ayumi Horie is an artist who lives in the Hudson Valley and I absolutely love her work. It has a unique style that is unforgetable. She draws from Japanese and American folk traditions to create pieces that are whimsical and contemporary. They're adorable for kids, but obviously so much more than just kid stuff.
For today's giveaway I am giving away this unique Ayumi Horie cereal bowl. Fruit Loops are sure to taste 100% loopier in it.
To win today's prize all you have to do is leave a comment below. If you care to tell a friend about Mommy Poppins by emailing this post I'd appreciate it, but it's not required to win. The lucky winner will be picked randomly.
