It's all treats in Downtown Santa Monica, as select merchants offer trick-or-treating for costumed kids. 

Other Halloweeny activities include live music from The Scarolers, a large pumpkin patch with hay bales in Center Court, pumpkin decorating, games, temporary tattoos, free treats and face painting, and photo ops.

Pets can get in on the action with a dressed-up pet walk.

A dozen+ trick-or-treat stations are located on the Promenade, with more throughout the Downtown area. The Kid’s Halloween Party is on the 1300 block of Third Street Promenade.
