The OC goes way back....

Prehistoric OC is a free family-friendly event exploring the natural and cultural history of Orange County.

Guests can enjoy fun and educational activities presented by OC Parks archaeologists and paleontologists along with exhibitors from local cultural, paleontological and geological organizations.

The day features free educational entertainment with hands-on activities, programs and demonstrations.

Event and parking are free.

Prehistoric OC honors Indigenous Peoples’ Day October 14, the National Park Service's National Fossil Day October 16, the Archaeological Institute of America’s International Archaeology Day October 19, and California Archaeology Month.
