One of the best deals for kids in New York City just went from a rare occurrence to a regular monthly event. Kids' Night on Broadway lets you get free tickets to some of Broadway's biggest shows for any child aged 6-18 accompanied by a full-price adult . Starting in February, Kid's Night will happen every month on the first Wednesday and Thursday of each month.

On Kids' Night, parents can also take advantage of other deals, like area restaurants where kids eat free, pre-theater parties, discounted parking and more.

Tickets for Kids' Night in February just went on sale for February 3 and 4, 2009 shows and the website says that Kid's Night will continue after that to be the first Tuesday and Wednesday Nights of each month, but info for future tickets is not available yet. Usually the most popular shows sell out fast so if you want to take advantage of this deal for February, buy your tickets as soon as possible. I assume since this will be an ongoing event that it will be much easier to get tickets in the future.

Some of the top shows are being offered, like The Little Mermaid, Billy Elliot, Mary Poppins, Shrek The Musical, The Lion King and more. So if you've been waiting around to take your kids to a Broadway show, nows the time! Tickets to one of these shows would also be a great Holiday Gift Idea!
