Once on board, the conductors walk through the coach to punch your golden ticket as you’re served hot chocolate and a cookie by dancing chefs, while passengers read the classic children’s book.

Once at the North Pole, Santa and his elves join the ride with caroling and entertainment. Each guest takes home a keepsake sleigh bell as a gift. Families are encouraged to wear warm pajamas like the passengers in the book and film. Passengers may have to spend time on an unheated platform while entering and exiting the train, so warm winter attire is recommended. The train ride lasts approximately 70 minutes. 

Tickets have sold out quickly in past years, so purchase online in advance. All trains depart from Westbrook Station at Kingston Plaza.
