Celebrate February on a frozen Lake George, which has a carnival every weekend in February. Children's activities include bounce houses, horse and carriage rides, and lots of snow play. Witness the annual outhouse races—a crowd-pleasing favorite—as well as ATV races, polar plunges, fireworks, and more.

The whole family can enjoy tasty samples during the chowder, chili, BBQ, and chicken wing cook-offs.
