Ring in Persian New Year at the National Museum of Asian Art's 12th Nowruz celebration. Celebrate Persian culture and the arrival of spring with FREE activities for all ages, including performances, storytelling, hands-on activities, and more.

The celebration includes:

  • Table displays, featuring seven symbolic objects to welcome the new year.
  • An interactive storytelling performance The Conference of the Birds.
  • Chances to create your own Nowruz crafts.
