The Wharf brings the spirit of New Orleans to DC with a community Mardi Gras celebration featuring a parade down Wharf Street, a dance party with live music on District Pier, and a special fireworks finale.

The celebration includes:

  • 3:30pm: Mardi Gras Parade featuring stilt walkers and the Mardi Gras king and queen
  • 4:30-7pm: Live Music on District Pier
  • 6:30pm: Fireworks Salute
