Santana Row in San Jose is going festive for its annual Halloween Family Fest. Activities include trick-or-treating, pumpkin decorating, live music, entertainment, balloons, arts and crafts, stilt walkers, and Halloween surprises. 

Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite costumes and bring their own trick-or-treating bags. This is a free event and is open to the public. 

Kids eat free at Mendocino Farms on Tuesdays.
