Gather by the Singing Fountain for the annual Tree Lighting Party. During this free event, guests can enjoy music shopping, and a visit from Santa Claus.

CBS 3 Philly Meteorologist Lauren Casey leads the countdown and helps light the official Christmas Tree. After the lighting ceremony, Philadelphia Mummer string band members and carolers lead people down the Avenue.

Guests are encouraged to bring an unwrapped new toy for Lauren to bring back to CBS 3 and The CW Philly 57 for their annual Toy Fest holiday drive.
