Manhattan Community Board 2 and NYU host one of the city's largest free children's events on Halloween Day, including live performances, games, treats, and more. 

Gather at 3pm at the arch in Washington Square Park. After the parade, activities continue on West 3rd Street between LaGuardia Place and Mercer Street. Fairgrounds open at 3:30pm.
