CityWorks, a new interactive exhibit that explores the often invisible inner workings of the built urban environment, invites visitors to explore the intricate systems and engineering that allow cities to function, including how they break, evolve and endure.
Opening day bonus: from 10am-1pm on Saturday, there will also be a Touch-A-Truck fleet outside, featuring trucks from FDNY, Department of Sanitation, NYC Parks, and more.
The New York Hall of Science offers Innovation Camps (NYSCI) each summer with unique themes for children to explore STEM concepts and skills through fun, hands-on activities that spark curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. Summer of 2023, NYSCI offers a week-long camp for children ages 6-7 and for children ages 8-9, from August 14-18 at its STEM Learning Lab in Queens.
