Dog owners and dog lovers alike are invited to Barktoberst, a special Yappy Hour celebration in partnership with Downtown Magazine.

Held on Pier 57’s Rooftop Park—one of NYC’s largest public rooftop parks, sprawling nearly two acres with panoramic waterfront views—Barkfest centers on a fur-tastic costume contest with special prizes for the best-dressed pups.
