July 25: Selma (PG-13; 2014), a docudrama on Civil Rights leader Martin Luther King Jr.’s social justice actions in Alabama.
August 8: The Best of Enemies (PG-13; 2019), which depicts a partnership between a Civil Rights activist and Ku Klux Klan leader over school desegregation in North Carolina in 1971
August 15 at 8 pm: Just Mercy (PG-13; 2019), a film about a young lawyer’s legal defense of wrongly condemned individuals and those who were not afforded proper representation.
