Head over to Spooky Spiotta Park for the annual South Orange Halloween festival. Wanda the Giant Witch will entertain the kids with music, jokes and games beginning at 4pm.

Then the costume contest kicks off at 5pm with gifts for all and prizes for winners selected in several categories including a brand new category this year, Best Dog Costume. Top it off with trick-or-treating a Village Center Merchants.
