Stop by the Essex County Environmental Center and the resourceful staff will get you started on your own unique gingerbread home or habitat.

 All gingerbread projects must be completed by 1 p.m. to be considered for the contest. Some materials will be provided, however, you are encouraged to bring your own items. Advance registration is required.

Sustainable Gingerbread Homes will be on display from Wednesday, December 5 through Saturday December 15. Prizes will be awarded, in various categories on Monday, December 17. Call the Environmental Center to register or for more information.
