Kids  are invited to trick-or-treat among the merchants of Westfield Topanga & The Village from 5pm to 7pm (while supplies last).​

Participating retailers have a sign signaling that they have candy for trick-or-treaters.  

And no trick - the Center is also offering additional treats, including arts, crafts, games, music, face painting, and more

No costume full face masks or painted faces over the age of 12. Costume accessories resembling weapons will not be permitted inside the center. No silly string, blow horns or any form of powdery substance.
