Also on December 20, 2025, March 14, 2026.
Santa Monica Symphony continues its tradition of free performances. The season offers varying "Scenes from Life", exploring the many ways music reflects our shared human experience.
Prior to December's concert, guests can view an exhibition of 1930s Works Progress Administration (WPA) artworks, shown publicly for the first time in over 12 years.
The exhibition is in the Roberts Gallery (next to Barnum Hall) and has been curated by SMMUSD visual arts faculty member Laurie Ann Gutierrez.
All Santa Monica Symphony Concerts are free and open seating. Pre-registration is strongly recommended as seating is limited. Doors open at 6pm.
