Santa Monica's annual Polar Bear Plunge returns!

Brave Angelenos can take a plunge in the great Pacific, then warm up in the heated Annenberg Beach House pool*. 

The first swim of the day starts at 10:15am. Polar bears can opt for anything from a tentative toe-dip to a 300 yard swim around a buoy.

Poolside activities include warm beverages and photos with the polar bear mascot.

* Pool admission is charged for polar bears entering the pool deck to visit, soak, or swim in the heated pool,or take a hot shower.

All ages are encouraged.
