Kids can bring a decorated goodie bag to collect treats at Monterey Park's annual Halloween event. The seasonal fun includes carnival games, giveaways, food trucks and activities from 4pm to 7pm.

Live entertainment starts at 6pm.

The event is held in conjunction with the weekly Farmers' Market.
