You've heard of Christmas in July, but what about Halloween in August? Midsummer Scream is a weekend-long festival celebrating the spirit of Halloween and horror, drawing thousands of guests to the Long Beach Convention Center for thrills and chills.
Vendors and exhibitors display haunted attractions and experiences, alongside live entertainment and Halloween-themed panel presentations.
Highlights includes curated short films, a black cat lounge with adoptable kitties, live immersive entertainment, and themed photo ops.
Little ones can visit Paranormal Pixie's Pumpkin Patch, a gore-free and scare-free for the littlest of monsters, with performances, book readings, activities and all sorts of spooky fun.
Friday: 6pm - 10pm
Saturday: 11am – 7pm
Sunday: 11am – 6pm
Children 10 and under receive free general admission passes with a paid adult guardian. Two children max per paid adult. Note that ALL guests, including children, must have their own VIP/Gold Bat pass in order to access VIP/Gold Bat Pass exclusive lines and privileges. This includes infants.
