Kick off the holidays with a visit to the Lindenhurst Village Square for Winter on Wellwood. This free, family-friendly day includes a visit from Santa, carousel rides, a holiday market, parade and more. 

The Lindenhurst Historical Society lights the holiday tree immediately following the parade at the gazebo. Due to the weather, this event will now be held on the rain date: December 7.

Timeline: 

12-3pm: Santa in the park, carousel rides
3:30pm: Milk and Cookie Eating Contest
12-5pm: Christmas Kindl Market
4:30pm: holiday parade and tree lighting (begins at Fireman's Park)
