The most wonderful time of year is right around the corner and Valley Stream is organizing a slate of holiday events and activities all month long. Schedule

  • December 2: Dedication of the Nativity (S. Franklin Ave & Sunrise Hwy at 7:15pm)
  • December 4: Soft opening of Winter Wonderland at Hendrickson Park (5-9pm)
  • December 5: Santa arrives for the village Christmas tree lighting
  • December 6-7: Breakfast with Santa at the Community Center + holiday market and Santa visit at Hendrickson Park (5-9pm) Tickets $20/each.
  • December 14: Snowman Decorating Contest at Pagan Fletcher Restoration (2-4pm
  • December 14: Menorah Lighting at Fireman's Memorial Plaza at 4:30pm
  • December 28: Candlelight Tours at Pagan Fletcher Restoration (6-8pm)
