Multiple Museums, including The Gamble House
The annual Museums of the Arroyo Day treats LA families to free admission at six local museums.
Participating museums this year are Heritage Square, Pasadena Museum of History, South Pasadena Historical Museum, Gamble House, the Lummis Home, and the Los Angeles Police Museum.
In addition to the ongoing regular displays and exhibits, each museum features a distinctive slice of Southern California history. Extras include scavenger hunts at Lummis Home and South Pasadena Historical Museum, crafts and games at the Gamble House and Heritage Square, and mug shots at the Los Angeles Police Museum.
Organizers recommend guests plan to visit a maximum of three museums, for a satisfying MOTA Day experience.
