Annual Watts Towers Day of the Drum Festival & Jazz Festival

On Saturday, Watts Towers Arts Center plays host to the 43rd anniversary of the Annual Watts Towers Day of the Drum Festival, a free festival featuring world-class live music and drumming performances, drum circles, dancing, art exhibitions, arts and crafts for sale, international food, and more.
On Sunday, the 48th Annual Simon Rodia Watts Towers Jazz Festival follows, with free performances throughout the day.
These all-day events are free to attend. The weekend features over a dozen performances in dance, music, and percussion, as well as exhibitions, children’s activities, tiling and gardening activities, and local cuisine, all taking place against the backdrop of the world-renowned Watts Towers by Simon Rodia.
There is free valet parking located near the Watts Towers Metro Station on Graham Ave with shuttle service back and forth to the event.
