Come out for a weekend of chili tasting as cooks from across the country gather to vie for the coveted spot of top chilimaker. The competition includes CASI Chili, Ron Charlton Memorial Junior Chili Championship, Casi Chili Open Meat, CASI Showmanship and Jackpot Bean Cookoff.
Proceeds benefit: Special Olympics of Texas and Camp Hope.
