Join the Salisbury Winter Sports Association (SWSA) outdoors at Satre Hill for New
England’s oldest ski jumping competition—celebrating an incredible 100 years! As one
of just six ski jump events on the East Coast, this three-day festival brings together
Olympic hopefuls and America’s top junior jumpers for the thrilling Eastern Division
National Ski Jump Competition. No snow in your backyard? No problem! Satre Hill
dazzles with perfectly groomed, fresh snow made by cutting-edge snow guns, so the
action never stops.
This milestone year also debuts a brand-new 36-meter jump and a
state-of-the-art lighting system, making the excitement last long after sunset. Don’t miss
your chance to witness history, cheer on world-class athletes, and soak up the electric
festival atmosphere at this unforgettable centennial celebration!
ABOUT THE HUMAN DOG SLED RACE
Join the whimsical annual Human Dog Sled Race on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 8 p.m.
Teams of six compete for prizes and y
earlong bragging rights. Categories include all
male, all-female, and mixed teams (at least one male and one female puller required).
Entry deadline: February 6 at 6 p.m.
Entry fee: $25 per team (includes free entrance to JumpFest)
Proceeds benefit SWSA’s Junior Ski Programs.

The SNOWBALL – Cheers to 100 Years!
On January 7th, from 8:00 to 11:30 PM, the SWSA “Snowball” is back at the Lakeville
Grove Building, 42 Ethan Allen Street. Enjoy live music from the Steve Dunn Band, a
lively cash bar, and complimentary pizza served at 10 PM. Tickets are just $20—kids
under 12 get in free! Don’t miss your chance to win big in our exciting raffle. Join us for
a night of music, fun, and community!
