New time of year! Dancers, musicians, vendors, and local international restaurants are the center of a celebration that encourages the community to spend the day together and celebrate Norwalk's diversity.

The Norwalk International Cultural Exchange (NICE) is a Norwalk organization that seeks to promote and increase awareness of the diversity of people from around the world through arts and culture.
