Discover how animals adapt to survive theharsh winter conditions, where they stay warm, hibernate, and how some of theseanimals deal with winter conditions year round. In these fun-filled days enjoy handson activities, hikes in Mill Woods and lessons.
About the center: The Eleanor Buck Wolf Nature Center is an ecology education and community center devoted to helping Connecticut residents explore and understand the natural world. The Town of Wethersfield Parks & Recreation Department operates the center with support from members and volunteers. The EBW Nature Center features live animals, hands-on exhibits, and a reading/game corner.
