Halloween Hug a Horse in Avon
Join US Horse Welfare for their annual Halloween Hug-a-Horse, a cherished family tradition filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit! Children can dress up in their favorite costumes, trick-or-treat from horse to horse, and share special goodies with our gentle rescue horses, who enjoy the treats just as much as the kids.
Don’t miss the festive costume parade at 12:00 noon, followed by the best costume competition at 12:30, where the winner will receive a complimentary riding lesson. Warm cider and fresh popcorn will be available for purchase as you enjoy an afternoon of celebration on the farm.
Most importantly, your participation helps feed and care for the beloved rescue horses who call US Horse Welfare and Rescue home—making this one of our most impactful and heartwarming fundraisers of the year. Children 2 and Under are free.
