Looking for the best things to do in Boston this Veterans Day Weekend? Here are some family-friendly events and activities to add to your list for this weekend.

This weekend brings a mix of giving back, hands-on exploration, and memorable celebrations for families in and around Boston. Families bring home free winter clothing from Bessie’s Closet at Discovery Museum, future vehicle enthusiasts can climb aboard fire engines and construction trucks at the First Annual Touch-a-Truck at Hood Park Charlestown, and the 2025 Boston Veterans Parade offers a meaningful way to honor local heroes. For a musical finale, the Peter and the Wolf Family Concert introduces kids to a classic tale through live orchestral performance. It’s a weekend filled with connection, curiosity, and community.
