In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, enjoy free admission to Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo and learn about fascinating wildlife from around the world.

Throughout the day, there will be keeper chats, animal encounters and more to explore.

Guests are invited to write messages of hope and peace on murals located within the Tropical Forest Pavilion at Franklin Park Zoo and within the Animal Discovery Center at Stone Zoo.

Franklin Park Zoo

  • 1:00 p.m.: Swamp Chat
  • 2:00 p.m.: Gorilla Forage Feed & Chat
  • 2:30 p.m.: Tapir Chat

Stone Zoo

  • 10:00 a.m.: Arctic Fox Chat
  • 11:00 a.m.: Sloth Chat
  • 1:30 p.m.: Reindeer Chat
  • 2:30 p.m.: Cougar Chat
