Head to High Street at the Perimeter on Halloween night to collect treats from participating retailers. Guests are encouraged to come in costume and enjoy complimentary face painting, roaming stilt walkers, spooky photo ops, Halloween décor and live music throughout the evening. 

A costume contest will also be held at 7:45 p.m. First, second and third place winners will receive prize baskets with gift cards and swag from High Street retailers. This event is free and open to the public. Additionally, the first 150 guests will receive a complimentary ice cream scoop from Ben & Jerry’s.
