Homeschool families visit Autrey Mill for an exciting learning
experience developed to engage students in the study of topics
combining environmental studies, nature, heritage, and science.
Students will play games, make crafts, and explore the nature
preserve!

The homeschool curriculum will provide an exciting learning experience for ages 6-13 that will engage students with the natural world. Lessons are designed around Georgia Standards of Excellence to give children an authentic outdoor learning experience and put the lessons they learn into action. With the broad range of ages, children are encouraged to take on challenges and help out their younger peers, developing important social skills. Students will play games, make crafts, and explore the nature preserve, all while learning science as well as local history!

The Homeschool Adventures program is offered most Thursdays following Fulton County School Schedule from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Students will be checked in at 10 a.m., have a snack at 10:45 a.m., and have lunch at 12 p.m., with activities continuing until checkout at 2 p.m.
