Looking for the best things to do in Dallas-Fort Worth this 4th of July weekend? Well, Texans go big or go home, and family-friendly 4th of July celebrations are no different. The metroplex lights up with so many spectacular displays of fireworks, festive parades, and patriotic events that it's going to be hard to decide where to hang your hat for the weekend. Celebrate our nation's birthday with fireworks at Six Flags Over Texas, one of the many Independence Day festivals, or at one of the biggest fireworks displays in the country—Addison Kaboom Town!
